Eric Takin Out The Big Bucks

We all know that right around winter Eric seems to come up missing quite a bit, and if you know anything about why, then you'll know that what follows is a bunch of fresh juicy game meat filling the freezer. Recently, ya boy Eric went out with his guys and proved why he will not only survive, but thrive if the stores were cleared out, and all us spoiled city folk were left to starve.

Back In october, Eric, Mexican Eric and a bunch of friends bonded with each other and the land on one of their hunting trips. While out Mexican Eric made the big shot and brought home a hefty catch. Even though our Eric didn't personally catch anything this trip, he fostered the bonds of friendship and enjoyed the spoils of the hunt.

Today Eric has no shortage of game meat. He enjoys cooking this ultra healthy, lean meat as roasts or steaks or ground. I can say from experience, there's nothing like eating off the land. Maybe we can all convince him to throw a game meat dinner party.
